Ryan McCarty is a doctoral student in the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Florida. Ryan earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2016. He is currently under the mentorship of Dr. Joseph McNamara.
Ryan’s primary research interest is in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders and Anxiety Disorders using cognitive-behavioral therapy w/ exposure and response prevention. Ryan’s secondary research interest involves integrating social psychology principles to better understand the etiology and treatment of these disorders.
