McTeague named Department’s Outstanding Junior Alumna

Dr. McTeague received her PhD from UF in 2007.

Lisa McTeague is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Peter Lang noted that “Dr. McTeague is a truly outstanding young clinical scientist, who has already made significant early career contributions to the field.  Throughout her academic career she has consistently performed at the highest level of excellence.  Her work is regularly published in prestigious journals; she is a frequent invited speaker at important national conferences and meetings; she currently has a 5-year grant from NIMH (K-award) and a truly impressive program of clinical research.”
