Elise Turner, M.S.

 

BiographyTurner

Elise Turner, M.S., is a first year graduate student in the Pediatric Behavioral Health Lab. She graduated from Drexel University’s master’s in psychology program in June 2015 where she completed a master’s thesis examining the relationship between neuropsychological functioning, cognitive engagement and reading achievement in pediatric brain tumor survivors. Elise is looking forward to helping with the lab’s upcoming study, Team Speak, examining the role of a mHealth tool for improving asthma management behaviors.

Research Focus

Elise’s research interests include medical decision making and adaptive functioning in pediatric chronic illness.
