CHP student Zac Houck featured in Summer 2015 issue of NCAA Champion magazine

The story, entitled “He Hit All The Bases”, describes careers in baseball and neuropsychology.

that Zac Houck, a University of Florida graduate student and former Jacksonville University baseball player, is featured in the summer 2015 issue of NCAA Champion magazine. The story focuses, in particular, on his involvement with the Concussion Assessment Research and Education (CARE). William Perlstein, Ph.D. is Houck’s research advisor.  For his sports concussion work, Houck is working with Russell M. Bauer, Ph.D., a leader of the CARE team.

Champion is produced quarterly and distributed to 27,500 athletics personnel and individual subscribers. The magazine celebrates college sports and the people who work to support them.
